Superior Homes is looking for a dynamic, personable, and proactive individual to drive revenue growth by securing new business and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings across our hospitality facilities. This is an on-ground role for someone who understands the travel trade and can represent our hospitality entities with professionalism.

 

Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate travel planners.
  2. Actively promote Superior Homes Hospitality properties and experiences to travel agencies, driving bookings and increasing revenue through travel agents.
  3. Conduct regular agency visits to share updates, drop marketing materials, and strengthen relationships through personalized interactions.
  4. Organize familiarization trips, networking events, and training sessions for travel agents to experience our hospitality offerings first-hand.
  5. Track and report on agency engagements, booking performance, and market feedback, providing insights to the Hospitality Manager/team.
  6. Monitor travel industry trends, competitor activity, and agency needs to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Collaborate closely with the Hospitality, Reservations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery for travel partners and their clients.
  8. Represent Superior Homes Hospitality at industry events and networking forums when required.
  9. Drive new business across Corporate, NGO, Government, Church, and School segments.
  10. Identify and secure Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) opportunities.
  11. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
  12. Maximize occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR) through effective yield management.
  13. Manage OTA platforms, including Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb, ensuring accurate rates and compelling listings.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a client-facing, sales, or account management role within hospitality, travel, or tourism.
  3. Strong existing network within the Kenyan travel trade industry is an added advantage.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage multiple relationships effectively.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize
  7. Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a demanding environment
  8. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  9. Entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated creativity and innovation in business
