We are looking for an energetic, creative and curious individual who is genuinely excited to learn how brand and marketing operates. If you’ve ever found yourself analysing why a campaign caught your eye, rethinking a brand’s messaging, or just deeply interested in how businesses connect with people, we want to hear from you.

 

This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with the marketing team, contribute to real campaigns, and get a genuine feel for what it takes to build and grow a brand in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the planning and rollout of monthly marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, while staying true to our brand guidelines.
  2. Help develop content for social media, emailers, and the website.
  3. Assist in bringing creative ideas to life, following the process from concept through to production.
  4. Research market trends, competitor activity, and our audiences to help sharpen our campaigns.
  5. Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots for brand and product campaigns, including on-the-day support.
  6. Analyse social media and digital performance data, drawing out insights that help us do better.
  7. Work with the sales team to ensure marketing and commercial efforts are aligned.
  8. Help maintain content calendars, marketing databases, and campaign trackers
  9. Keep an eye on emerging trends and fresh ideas and bring them back to the team.
Requirements:
  1. An undergraduate degree in any discipline. We care more about your attitude and curiosity than your specific major.
  2. A genuine interest in brand, marketing, and how businesses communicate with their audiences.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good eye for detail.
  4. Well organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  5. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); any experience with Canva, social media tools, or analytics platforms is a welcome bonus.
