The Sale Representative will be responsible for driving sales, providing professional customer service and offering appropriate technical guidance on the sustainable construction, renewable energy and green technology products offered by the Sustainable Shop.

The role will involve engaging customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features and benefits, conducting demonstrations, preparing quotations, following up on leads and converting enquiries into sales.

The position holder will also be required to develop a strong understanding of LGS building solutions, solar power systems and other sustainable technologies to confidently communicate their applications and benefits to customers.

 

Responsibilities:
  1. Promote and sell Sustainable Shop products, generate leads, prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and achieve sales targets.
  2. Engage customers professionally, understand their needs and recommend suitable sustainable, renewable-energy and building solutions.
  3. Maintain strong knowledge of LGS building systems, solar products, heat pumps, inverters, batteries and other sustainable technologies.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain product features, benefits, applications and technical specifications to customers.
  5. Provide basic technical guidance on sustainable solutions, including solar systems, electric mobility, rainwater harvesting and bioplants.
  6. Follow up on leads and quotations, convert enquiries into sales and build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  7. Support daily shop operations by maintaining product displays, cleanliness, order, security and compliance with operating procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, sales, follow-ups and stock, and support stock monitoring and reconciliation.
  9. Monitor market trends and customer preferences, keep updated on new technologies and provide feedback on product and business opportunities.
  10. Attend product and sales training, participate in promotional activities and exhibitions, comply with company policies and perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy or a related field, with at least 2 years’ sales experience.
  2. Strong positive attitude, self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  3. Excellent sales, communication, customer service and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to meet targets.
  4. Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn and confidently explain LGS, solar and other sustainable products to customers.
  5. Energetic, ambitious, professional and results-oriented, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
