The Sales and Marketing Executive - OTAs is responsible for driving bookings, managing online listings, and optimizing visibility for our hospitality properties across all online travel agent sites. This role requires strong digital marketing expertise, a customer-oriented approach, and a keen understanding of the online travel ecosystem. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a focus on enhancing our property’s online presence and increasing occupancy and revenue.

 

 

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the booking process from inquiry to confirmation and post-checkout communication.
  2. Manage OTA bookings from Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb etc
  3. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain communication with guests.
  4. Maintain and update listings across online platforms.
  5. Regularly update rates and availability.
  6. Monitor and respond to reviews and guest feedback.
  7. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and occupancy rates.
  8. Assist in creating marketing campaigns (social media, email).
  9. Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners.
  10. Prepare and deliver sales reports tracking KPIs (occupancy rates, revenue, ADR).
  11. Identify market trends to adjust strategies.
  12. Manage room rates and inventory across platforms.
  13. Implement dynamic pricing strategies.
  14. Monitor competitors' pricing.
  15. Handle OTA inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations promptly.
  16. Provide customer service by addressing pre-arrival questions and requests.
  17. Manage and respond to guest reviews.
  18. Prepare reports on bookings, occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
  19. Monitor reservation trends and analyse data for forecasting and pricing optimization.
Requirements:
  1. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in sales, reservations, or online channel management in the hospitality industry.
  3. Familiarity with OTA platforms and reservation management systems.
  4. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  5. Proven experience in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., PMS or Channel Manager systems).
  7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
